CLUB PROFILE

The Keysborough Football and Netball club was initially founded in 1947 and joined the South West Football League (SWGFL) in 1954. In 1994, the SWGFL merged with, what is now known as, the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League (MPNFL).

The club currently plays in the Southern Football League, where we compete with clubs that are more local and with similar population demographics.

The club, nicknamed the “Burras”, has four men’s football teams (Seniors, Reserves, Thirds & Under 19s) and six netball teams supported by a 300 strong and loyal member base.

In 2021 the Keysborough Junior Football Club will be fielding Under 8, 9, 11 & 13 teams in the Frankston & District Junior Football League. This will be our 7th year in the junior leagues since the re-birth of the junior club in 2015.

2024 sees the 10 year anniversary of the juniors at Keysborough Junior Football Club!
